TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read before commissioning
NOTICE

You must be at least 16 years of age to commission (ID May be requested)

All prices are in usd (us Dollar) please make sure you convert the prices to the currency convenient to you

I own rABBITS, while never near the production of items, a caution to anyone with allergies

All sales are final, once you receive your finished commission. (Look to repairs for information about repairs.)
QUOTES
-
Quotes are required before commissioning me
-
Quotes must have a complete ref of your character unless the character is simple
-
Quotes are only valid up to 6 months, as prices may change
PAYMENTS
-
Payment plans are not available to any items under $100
-
Items cannot be shipped until payment plans have been completed
-
Products under payment plan must be finished
SHIPPING

I ship to Globally.

Shipping prices will only be calculated after the product is complete
process

i will send WIP (work in progress) pictures when a certain amount of work is done or I need confirmation piece of the costume is correct

changes to character design or added features may be subject to additional fees. If your commission is too far along, no further alterations can be made
REFUNDS

20% of your commission is non-refundable
-
Non-refundable Percentage, will scale with the completion of your commission.
REPAIRS
-
To previous commissioners basic repairs are free (ex. sewing, replacing teeth,etc)

Drastic repairs or refurbishments are subject to fees (quote me for repairs)​
DELAYS

Delays are subject to happen, please be patient

If there is any sort of significant delay I will notify you

I DO NOT DO RUSH ORDERS. IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR SUIT DONE FOR, PLEASE COMMISSION ME 6-12 MONTHS IN ADVANCE
